Christmas Market

Visited the Christmas Market at the South Bank,earlier on the weather had been sunny but soon the sky turned grey and cloudy but at least it was fairly warm.
Later went to HMV to check out the latest CDs and DVDs,the store is now focusing a lot on on selling the latest tech gadjects like I-Pads and speaker systems.
Much of the music in the charts doesn't mean anything to me,even latest big star Florence and the Machine's new album doesn't make an impression ;it seems the singer is singing so loudly that any melody in the song is drowned out.

Got a message from Jes,she's still working so that means her holiday will be short like last year.

On Sunday visited Ickbuel National Park;a nice walk through along by the lake;very picturesque.

Alzareera English at the cafe

On Saturday the TV channel Aljazeeera English were filming a debate at the Le Grand Cafe du Theatre in the centre of Tunis as part of their new Aljazeera Cafe Show - a round-table debate featuring five women and one man in the debate,mostly likely discussing the recent election in Tunisia.The show will be broadcasted on TV in three weeks time.Yesterday I met Hafed,who used to work on Radio Mosaique but now works for Aljazeera English.Al Jazeera English

While on the beach this morning I found a Rumanian film crew shooting an episode of 'Next Model'with four topless models,sprayed from head to toe in some gold-coloured like paint.
Plenty of camels about today,five of them having a rest before their tourist ride.
Called mum this afternoon;she's in London for a month.One of the doormen of the Italian restaurant 'Da Franco' thought I was a tourist guide.
