Ice Skating at Somerset House

Had fun ice skating at Somerset House.Later went to Covent Garden to look round the Christmas Market.Yesterday mum treated us to lunch at a Malaysian restaurant in Chinatown,afterwards went to Covent Garden;saw a good juggling act.Caught the bus home but very slow journey due to traffic and Christmas I suppose.

Sherlock Holmes plus Wild Life Photographer Competition 2011

Went to the Wild Life Photographer Competition at the Natural History museum.
Later on saw the film 'Sherlock Holmes:A Game of Shadows'.
There are lots of good films to see at the cinema in the Christmas holidays but won't be able to see all of them.
Tonight watched the Michael Buble Christmas show(the one he recorded in England not the one he did in the USA)on ITV Player on Tony's laptop.

Christmas Market

Visited the Christmas Market at the South Bank,earlier on the weather had been sunny but soon the sky turned grey and cloudy but at least it was fairly warm.
Later went to HMV to check out the latest CDs and DVDs,the store is now focusing a lot on on selling the latest tech gadjects like I-Pads and speaker systems.
Much of the music in the charts doesn't mean anything to me,even latest big star Florence and the Machine's new album doesn't make an impression ;it seems the singer is singing so loudly that any melody in the song is drowned out.

Got a message from Jes,she's still working so that means her holiday will be short like last year.
